The majority of us were exposed to the well-known tales of the great King Akbar and Birbal, a courtesan who was renowned for his wit and brilliance.
Story of Shamsher and RaghavShamsher and Raghav arrived at Akbar's court one day with a problem. Each of the two men claimed to be the owner, while the other claimed to be the servant, but there was no way to prove it. Shamsher stated that he had gone to Afghanistan to make money and had left his wealth and property in the care of his servant Raghav. When Shamsher returned, Raghav, however, refused to hand over his belongings to him. Raghav, on the other hand, insisted that he was the rightful owner of the property and that Shamsher was lying to get rich quick.Birbal simply smiled and claimed to be able to read people's minds. He asked both men to lie down with their backs to the floor. Then Birbal directed a soldier to use his sword to sever the servant's head. The soldier was perplexed, but he obeyed the order and removed the sword from its cover. When Raghav, the servant, heard the noise, he got up and ran to the king, pleading for forgiveness. Akbar was very pleased with Birbal and lavishly rewarded him. The difficult case had been easily resolved.

The Railway Train
Emily Dickinson, 1896
I like to see it lap the miles,
And lick the valleys up,
And stop to feed itself at tanks;
And then, prodigious, step
Around a pile of mountains,
And, supercilious, peer
In shanties by the sides of roads;
And then a quarry pare
To fit its sides, and crawl between,
Complaining all the while
In horrid, hooting stanza;
Then chase itself down hill
And neigh like Boanerges1;
Then, punctual as a star,
Stop—docile and omnipotent—
At its own stable door.

the smell. He slipped in through the open door and stole a loaf of bread like a common criminal. While the boy

He deserves to be in prison.
What type of narrator is this?
A. Intrusive narrator
B. Unreliable narrator

People have always wanted to be happier, thinner, smarter, richer,

they want to, some don’t. Why? Th e answer is simple: action.
People who live their dreams out and put thoughts into action begin
to realize that it is time to stop talking and start living. Th ey know for

excitement. Without excitement life becomes monotonous and we become bored. Someone is bored because he has nothing to do; another one
is bored because he has lost interest in something; the third gets bored
because whatever he has to do has become boring; while some are just
bored because of their indiff erence to the world they live in and because
they are unwilling to take action even over a matter of great importance,
